Success

So my goal was to lose 4lbs + by August 10th. Well I didn’t do that, I lost 2lbs then put one more back on. However I weighed myself this morning before a very pleasant shower and I was 16st2lbs. Which means I’ve lost 4lbs total in a week and a half. I’m so happy!

So –
Last weight: 228
Current weight: 226

(-2lbs since middle of last week which gives me a grand total of -4lb lost since the 3rd Aug)
