At the weekend I intend to dress up, do my hair and makeup and get some more photos taken. Also I’ve lost those six pounds that I put on over the last few weeks. Just 1lb away from that ‘low’ weight of 223 that I still have up on the left.

Back from a weekend of too much food and beer. My dilemma was that beer is cheap and high in calories and vodka is expensive and low in calories. Unfortunately I had to go for the cheaper option. 3euros for a beer 8euros for a vodka and coke. We were also fed loads by Dom and Dan, I am extremely jealous of the European breakfasts, bread, cheese and various meats. bloody delicious. I was also introduced to caramel spread, 300cals per 100g but damn it is good. Literally just caramel on bread. Lovely but really bad for you.

I think I’ve put on five pounds, how shit is that. EASA tonight before Warcraft I think. Need to get back on this now, need to get back under 16st (and I know I haven’t updated my stats. I can’t bear to) I don’t think sitting in front of WoW is going to help. I intend to upload pictures at another point but the priority is currently Nick and Karen’s pics and sorting out Jasmin and Jo’s disappearing pictures. So much photography to do.

Back to the fashion. I’m trying to find things that I could wear when I’m maybe 10 lbs lighter which is probably what I’ll be come November (hopefully.)

£160. I actually love this so much it hurts. They only go up to size 16 so I really would have to drop a size to get into it. I also don’t think the style would suit me, despite those strategically placed ribs.

£60 – Part of the Beth Ditto Collection and I love it. I’m a bit loathed to shop at Evans, it’s like admitting I can’t buy clothes elsewhere. This shape would be much more flattering on my body shape too.

I’ve always been a fan of this shop ever since I went into their huge store in Camden about five years ago (which has since changed and is less impressive than it used to be) it’s like stepping into a club, loud music, uv lights, pretty clothes. Love it.

This skirt has draw strings all around it so it is fully adjustible up and down. Love that idea, especially wearing it short at the front and long at the back. Pair with some bright tights, loads of acessories, and some glow sticks and you are set. Would also look ace with my furry boot covers.

A lot of the clothes from this site are as skimpy as hell and even as a size twelve I wouldn’t be able to wear it but I shall post some of their more conservative stuff to point us in the right direction.

For me theres is too much black in this but I liek how it is tinged in green. Those boot covers make me hot too, love the look although something tells me you wouldn’t get away with this look in somewhere like Mercy. Not that it means I wouldn’t be willing to try it.

I love this. this will be my Mercy clubbing outfit. Gosh, it’s my birthday soon, I’m going to need an outfit so full of awesome. The corset you see here I could get now in my size but not having £265 and I’ll lose too much weight to wear it soon it would be a waste of money. However, I will b wearing a gorgeous steel boned, under bust corset by christmas. The site also has wedding dresses and lingerie and although I’m not getting married I can’t stop thinking about it. When I do get married I shall be white corseting it up. The good thing about this place is that they have a store so I could go in and try on loads of gorgeousness. I just need to get myself all wasp waisted before my wedding date (ha, sound like I’m having one) so I’ll be comfy.

It would set you back £900 but bloody worth it to look that amazing on your wedding day. There’s obviously an art to wearing a corset anf I certainly still haven’t mastered it, lots of sitting up straight or just standing around would be preferable. I guess at your own wedding thought you don’t do much sitting about, it’s all about the dancing and talking to people. Although if it were me I’d have to stand up to eat the buffet or whatever food was there.

Moving on, enough dribbling over pretty corsets I want to move onto my idea for my thin 50s inspired look. I intend to fill my wardrobe with 50′s swing dresses vintage swimsuits etc. And I believe I may have found the perfect sites to do it from. I touched on the Vivienne of Holloway site when I spoke about my 50′s halterneck (loads of pics of me to come after the wedding and this weekend.)

A dress like this with a pirate theme. Well it might actually be my perfect dress. I’ve got to be seriously slim to wear something like this and I will be but even then I might need some shaping underwear. I will be able to wear this and I will be the raping and pillaging (in a metaphorical sense..) bell fo the ball. I have a very slim waist compared to my hips and chest so this dress would totally accentuate my curves even if I am less curvy when a size 12.

I love yellow and I love the pastel colour of this dress it is amazing. It’s the same style as my polka dot one but would be harder to pull off at my current weight because of the light colour. I really love how this model is wearing it with a pastel pink too, makes me think of sweets. I guess the last thing your ‘thin’ dress wants to remind you about is sweets though.

This swimsuit is the style I want for when I’m thin, an added bonus with this is the fact that it is natutical which is always a bonus. I reckon the cokour would be terribly flattering too. I can see my self by a pool on down the beach, dark hair all tied up, blue sarong around my waist and a torso of nautical awesome. I’m certainly going to be a lot more alternative when I’m thin because I can. Now I have to go for the comfy stuff that just suits me. Urgh, think I’m back on the train now to thindome. Will do EASA tonight. Maybe not… After Amsterdam things will be back to normal!

I’ve also decided that for this look I need a tiny top hat.

Well, this weekend turned out to be a fine one. What a beautiful wedding. With the permission on the lovely bride and groom I may post one or two of the final edits here. I believe I am 15/394 photos edited and that took just over an hour. I’ve got lots of work ahead of me but at least I’ve got three weeks to do it.

Anyways, back to things that concern all of my readers: Here at Emu Oil Well I’ve been putting together a marketing plan for the next six months to give me and my colleagues some guidance. Finally some real changes will start happening. I love this marketing malarky but it is taking a long time.

Tonight I have a meeting with Lauren (the second half Jigsaw House, with me being the first) and the Stracey hotel to discuss bands, open mic nights and gigs. Its all a load of fun but terribly stressful.

This weekend I head to Amsterdam for geeky frolics and beer. Expect multiple photographs.
